Enterprise IT
One chat window. Every branch network. Full visibility.
For lean HQ IT teams managing dozens or hundreds of branches, Pharaoh Command replaces fragmented dashboards with a single conversational interface — so you can find, diagnose, and fix problems across any site by simply asking.
Common problems
- Fragmented tooling — separate dashboards per vendor, per site, per network layer.
- Config drift goes unnoticed until the next audit cycle forces a scramble.
- Every senior engineer's expertise lives in their head, not in the toolchain.
- Cross-site comparison (who's worst? why?) is manual spreadsheet work.
- Compliance evidence — access logs, config snapshots — takes hours to pull together.
Typical scenarios
Single-pane branch health
Ask 'which branches have APs down right now?' and get a ranked list with last-seen timestamps and affected clients.
Config audit in seconds
Compare every branch router against the golden baseline in one query; drift gets flagged with diffs.
Incident playbooks on tap
Save your senior engineer's troubleshooting logic as Skills — junior staff one-click replay anywhere.
Compliance reporting
Export historical config snapshots and access logs without touching 50 devices manually.
FAQ
How long does deployment typically take?
A single branch is enrolled in under 30 minutes from Collector install to first device online. Full rollout across 50+ branches usually takes 2-4 weeks including config validation and baseline creation.
Do you support our existing Cisco, Huawei, and H3C devices?
Yes. Pharaoh Command is vendor-neutral — it speaks SSH, SNMP, NETCONF, and vendor APIs (Meraki Dashboard, Huawei iMaster, H3C CAS). No device swap required.
Does the AI send our network data to a public cloud?
Only if you opt in. By default telemetry stays inside your environment. The AI model can run in three modes: (1) private API endpoint inside your VPC, (2) fully on-prem open-source model (Qwen / DeepSeek / Llama), or (3) opt-in cloud LLM.
Can we run this in an air-gapped environment?
Yes. We offer a fully on-premises deployment with local LLM support. Contact sales for the air-gapped configuration specification.
How does Pharaoh Command integrate with ITSM tools like ServiceNow?
Workflows support webhook triggers and REST outbound actions. Integrate with ServiceNow / Jira / Zendesk by either pushing incident tickets on threshold events or triggering workflows from an ITSM event via Pharaoh's REST API.
What happens if the cloud side is unreachable?
The local Collector keeps buffering telemetry (Prometheus WAL + SQLite event queue) and catches up once connectivity returns. Critical alerting continues locally even during an outage.
