Pharaoh Command — Stop monitoring. Start asking.
Ask your network a question and get the root cause, the ticket and the report — one platform for monitoring, service desk, automation and AI work agents across every site.
Questions people ask first.
What is Pharaoh Command?
An AI-native IT and network operations platform for multi-site organizations. It connects devices, logs, alerts and tickets from every site to an AI you can talk to: ask in plain language, get a root-cause answer with cited data, and turn it into a ticket or a report. Built by JOTO AI.
Which vendors are supported?
Cisco, Meraki, Extreme, Huawei, H3C, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper and other mainstream vendors, via SNMP, syslog and vendor cloud APIs. Common device types work out of the box — no per-device templates.
What do I install on my network?
One lightweight collector (Docker). It dials out to the platform over an encrypted tunnel — no inbound ports, no VPN. Most teams see their first site within half an hour.
Is it safe?
Collection is read-only by default; writes only happen inside automation steps you approve. Every question, tool call and change is audited, SSO and MFA are supported, and tenant and site data are isolated at the API layer.
Can we run it on-premises?
Yes. Three deployment options, one product: SaaS (regions: China (Shanghai) / Global (Singapore)), fully on-premises in your own data center, and a multi-tenant edition for service providers.
How is it different from Zabbix or classic NMS?
Classic monitoring tells you what turned red. Pharaoh Command correlates metrics, logs, config changes and tickets on top of it to answer why, who should act and how to prove it is fixed. Your existing Zabbix can also be connected as a data source.
How do we get started?
Tell us your site count and vendors below. We will prepare a demo tenant and, if you like, connect one of your real sites so you can see it on your own data.
